1) Bicarbonate of soda for heartburn
Add a spoon of bicarbonate of soda to a glass of water, stir it and drink it down in one go. In a few minutes, the bicarbonate of soda will have eased the pain thanks to its antacid properties.
Since antiquity, we have used cumin to ease intestinal problems. Cumin cleanses the stomach and eliminates gas. Occasional stomach pains will be no match for it!
