Summer shouldn’t stop you from taking into control the hygiene of your feet. If you have the tendency to transpire in your shoes, take all the necessary precautions this year.
How to do it ?
- Allow yourself regularly foot baths with bay leaf. Prepare two or three liters of a ‘decoction’ of bay leaves. Soak your feet whilst the water is still hot and cover them with a towel so that the heat lasts longer. Dry your feet thoroughly when leaving the bath.
- In order to avoid bad odours in shoes, sprinkle the soles of the shoe with dried finely crushed sage.
Avoid shoes made of synthetic materials because the fibers have the tendency to retain bad odours more easily than natural fibers.
