What to do?
Soak your feet in a basin of hot water for fifteen minutes for up to 3 times a day.
In order to maximise the benefits of the hot water add a teaspoon of olive oil, 5 drops of tea tree oil and 5 drops of aspic lavender.
The rest of the time, leave your feet exposed to fresh air!
