After a long hike or an exhausting day, you might have feel a burning sensation on your feet due to frictions -especially if your shoes are uncomfortable or too tight. If you are really unlucky, blisters appear and the sensation becomes even worst. Walking and wearing shoes become a torture. Here is a natural way to relieve the feet and treat your blisters.
What you’ll need:
- A pan
- Oat flakes
Step by step:
1) In your pan, mix 2 litres of water with 3.53oz oat flakes. Leave it to rest for 1 hour.
2) Boil everything for about 10 minutes.
3) Leave this to cool before pouring it in a basin.
4) Have a nice relaxing footbath for about 15 minutes.
